Ranks, families, and tuition, tracked without a filing cabinet.
A system that already understands ranked progression and family accounts, so testing season stops being the week you dread.

The engineering behind Floorcraft
Sound familiar?
If any of this is you, you are in the right place.
- Who is eligible to test lives in an instructor's head and a paper attendance card that goes missing.
- A family with three students on the mat means three sets of paperwork and one confusing bill.
- Tuition is on autopay in theory, and in practice you are still chasing somebody every month.
Where this goes
You go from index cards and a testing-week scramble to a school where rank, attendance, and tuition are all current, and the only thing left for you to do is teach the class.
- Rank progress and attendance in one place, so testing eligibility is a screen, not an argument.
- One family account for every sibling, and one bill a parent can actually read.
- Tuition that collects itself, with the awkward reminders handled before you have to make them.
Why Floorcraft
Built to actually get you there.
Ranked progression is built in, not bolted on. Levels and requirements are a real part of the system, so a student's progress toward the next rank is visible to them and to you.
Family accounts hold every sibling together, with one balance, one autopay, and rules that keep minors on the safe side of everything.
QR check-in on the way onto the mat builds the attendance record that testing eligibility rests on, without a clipboard.
Memberships, a weekly tab, and autopay collect tuition on their own, and the follow-up on a missed payment happens before you have to make it awkward.
What we build toward
“Testing week used to mean cross-checking attendance cards against a spreadsheet the night before. Now eligibility is just a screen I open.”
Good questions
The things people ask first.
Does it actually understand belt ranks, or do I have to fake it with tags?
Ranked progression is part of the system, not a workaround. Levels, their requirements, and a student's progress through them are real objects, so a student can see how far they are from the next rank and you can see who is ready.
How does it handle a family with several students?
One family account holds every sibling, so there is one balance, one autopay, and one history rather than three. Anything involving a minor stays earn-only and consent-gated by default.
Can parents pay tuition automatically?
Yes. Memberships and autopay run tuition on a schedule, and everything a family owes for the week sits on one running tab they can see, so nobody is surprised by a charge.
